John Paul Jakub

John Paul originally hung up his paintbrushes back in 2002, thinking nothing of it. He pursued many other artistic endeavors over the years, from acting, writing, and producing music. He never thought he would paint again until 2020 rolled around and the world stopped, giving him time to look inward and reflect on what was really important. Like everything in life, there is a dark in the light and light in the dark, and John Paul had to choose which direction to sway. Growing up as a sick kid and spending time in and out of hospitals blessed John Paul with a somewhat greater insight to the other side. Death has always been hanging out around him. This upbringing had opened up his "Tether to the nether," as they call it. However, he learned to deal and made friends with his angels and demons. Instead of submitting to the darkness, John Paul turned to art.
